This was my first book by this author. I loved it. You could feel the chemistry between Vicious and Emilia from the very beginning. I loved it that she didn't just take him back but made him grovel for a while.

This is the first time I've read from this author, and it won't be my last. This box set is about Talan, and Maya aka bitty . Talan, pure alpha , owner of a tattoo shop , never into dating did the one night stands , and hung out with his buddies from the shop until bitty walked into his shop and into his life. We get to see as there at times too slow relationship develops , causing some over the top sexual frustration, teasing, and Talan going into very possessive, jealous, rages at times.

“Quit it,” I snapped then pushed my c**k between her thighs. “It will be my hands, mouth, or c**k that will give you what you want. The longer it takes for that to sink in, the more pain you’ll be in.”

Bitty a bit younger than Talan , studying to become a marine biologist, causes any enemy right from the start. A very jealous one night stand , Janice, Talan's receptionist , starts on Maya right away , and later things get much worse ending her employment at Talon's shop. She's overly obsessed believing she and Talan are together. The woman is a real piece of work.
As the stories edge on so do the love blossoming between the couple, friendships, the steamy scenes, a solid plot, and the ending.
I thought the author did a great job tying everything all up together, and I really enjoyed the bonuses as well!

This is the first book I've ever read from this author, and let me tell you, she is making waves. I can't wait to read book 2 !!! She is fantastic in keeping the reader engaged, moving into the plot, and taking us into 1 heck of a nice cliffhanger!
Chance , a Southern by birth, who was in the military long ago got himself mixed up in something with the Mafia ( scarred up part of his face pretty bad) ended up in prison for 4 years ( there's not really a big back story on all that part) then he's put with the FBI witness protection program when he has to testify against the Russian Mafia. Chance decides to take off before the final verdict comes in, and that's how he becomes Cassie's upstairs neighbor on the other side of the country, with the Russian Mafia, and the FBI looking for him his picture put on every single tv and Internet site.
Cassie, A Bad Girl Georgia peach, tats marking most of her short frame, she just dumped her immature frat boyfriend. Of course when the electricity goes out , it makes her uncomfortable, and she calls him , since he's supposed to be in wine country with his frat brothers. When she hears the certain music, then the moaning, she knows exactly where he is, and is done for good. But now needs to "cool" off. Isn't that what happens when the lights go out? Time to get naughty?

Since having a thing for 'mystery man ' (Chance) and Chance having his eyes on 'Miss 7 B' (Cassie) he's watched her from the fire escape many times before, and she is actually excited about it. Wondering what it would be like to submit to this man, take him in, call him Master, she decides to put on a little show for the both of them. Getting a bowl of ice she starts to move it down her body wondering if he will show up , as she touches her sensitive areas, Cassie begins to moan , catching her mystery man's attention. Chance watches , his beer bottle falls over 7 stories below causing Cassie to look up at him with a gasp. His knuckles firmly holding onto the railing, as she teases him even more including pulling her shorts down further just for him, and licking her fingers between entry.
Chance takes off inside, and Cassie is now embarrassed. Thinking maybe he's coming down to her apartment, she waits, and waits, and waits....
Nothing... Until a large hand moves over her mouth scaring Cassie half to death.
Chance knows all her Secrets, admits to breaking in to her apartment when she wasn't there, read her diary, knows what she needs, how naughty She really is.
He's ready to fulfill those desires, but is she truly ready for her darkest fantasies to come true? The metal chains fasten like a figure 8, around her wrists....Guess its time to find out !

Highly recommended to adults looking for a hot short story part 1 with a bad boy ex con ex military dom, whose running from the mob , and FBI and a new submissive with lots of naughty secrets, Beauty and the Beast?

4 stars for the bdsm scenes can't wait for Chance to introduce Cassie to the many different tools, and toys ! Gotta say Chance definitely has his hands full with Cassie lol.

Wow this book took my breath away in so many forms! An emotional rollercoaster with brilliant writing had my imagination flowing throughout the writers words.
Payne an ex Navy seal, now a hired killer. He only takes out the dirt bags so it seems to make sense to him, besides its what he's good at. Make a plan. Get in get out, no strings, and noone is the wiser, except this time , there's a different target than he ever imagined possible.
Nora a 5 foot cop, working the desk, with a hunger for the field. Taking after her dad who got shot in the back during the line of duty, she now works at his old precinct. She's tiny , but is a force to be reckoned with.
As Payne finds his new home till his job is finished he runs into the little police officer, saving his music from tumbling out into the Chicago snow and slush. As she catches it he gives her an irritated thanks , and holds open the door to the same apartment building she lives in. Oh great, Payne is going to be staying in the same building as a cop.
He gets off to a bad start with the neighbors as he blasts his metal, causing the windows to rattle in Nora's apartment. Annoyed and frustrated she puts on her robe and boots walking upstairs to the new neighbor knocking and banging on the door. Finally answering without a shirt, his body sweaty from working out, her mind goes blank not able to stop staring at his body. Payne quickly notices getting a kick out of her mad lil scrunched face, not able to keep his own eyes from looking down at her busty figure . Nora notices the tattoo right away on his heart, and figures that's why he acts so cold .
Nora's boss finally gives her a job in the field to watch a higher up running for mayor. A babysitting job but at least it's something.
Payne's watching his target doing his homework, and of all people he sees his police neighbor with the target.
He uses this tidbit to his ability, explaining to Nora that he takes pictures for a living. His reasoning is " he likes to shoot things" lol
So Nora gets him inside the building as he photographs paying attention to the details as a hired gunman would.
The couple get closer, more than both would like, but fate keeps pushing them together, Payne saves her from an icy road an vehicle, which her parents are so grateful for they invite the both to dinner.
Nora's dad knows you don't go from being a seal to a photographer, but doesn't know his plans. Nora also knows something isn't right, but how dark is he?
With the mob, and everyone else moving closer Payne must do this job, and get away fast, but in doing so will change Nora's life forever.
Is he willing to go that far ? Or will he go even further to protect the adorable little cop? Will the Payne-in-her-ass do the unthinkable?
Is there hope for him, and can a cop be with a murderer? Must read intense thriller! 18 and up for the smoking scenes, highly recommended!

Deep...the perfect word for for how to explain this entire book.. The story is based on Philip a very bad man , and Claire a girl that has grown up into a world that has knocked her all around. This story flashes back to Claire's life, how she was adopted , to how her life turned to Philip. People taking her making her do the bidding from her father's depts, the only one that can save her is him. Fast travelling to college way to young to grow up so fast. Philip waits, he knows what he wants, an is ready to make due. The wickedness of Philips ways, the way there bodies react to one another is pure kryptonite! This book is deep, dark, intoxicating, exhilarating, pure raw need. The way they claw at one another Trust me You'll be begging for more with each page, and you'll need to read how deep you're getting yourself into, and you'll enjoy every single minute ! Go ahead be naughty and read Philip's and Claires story one you definitely won't forget!! Skye Warren is an amazing writer , skillful, knowing exactly what we need , and not afraid to give it to us! This book was incredible to read! I fell in love with the characters, the storyline, everything about this book was Perfect!! Katy is a young lady just learning about life when something traumatic happens to her, and she now has to be an owner of a club. One that could get her in serious trouble if she can't pay. She's a very strong character in this story. Ivan on the other hand is a bad guy , so bad you wish at times you were Katy! Lol..he's gorgeous with that Russian accent that drives Katy wild. He's also a hitman in the mob. She knows he's bad news, but his charms seem to get the upper hand. With his beautiful Russian words , we see a sweet side, a loving side of Ivan. The problem is, is Ivan's proposition worth it? Can she say no? A must read from Mz Abbott, one you will fall in love with. I received this arc from the author for an honest review. Such a gut wrenching can love be found again type romance straight from the heart. Kait and Mal were truly in love, but things had happened that he had no choice but to leave. Not knowing exactly what had happened many years ago , and kaits brother especially doesn't want him anywhere near his sister again. There's only one huge thing that may hold the it together. That's a baby. Will they do anything for love or will Mal have to end it all ? This is a really fantastic storyline, something felt so real, the characters fit well ,and the details were fantastic

There the type of books that keep you up all night because you can't put them down! We have read about the many club members, and the life they live, sometimes they must face evil head on to save themselves, but they knew what they were signing up for there brothers. Asphalt has been in love with Elle for a long time, and with all women they get a brand. She thinks its just for show, but after letting go once he's not making that mistake again. There love is one needed to be. They may have faults, but who doesn't? Besides she can't seem to get her mind of off him either. They'll all find out what the truth really is. A vow is not broken in the Mc world. Another gripping, fantastic storyline, with a plot that will keep you glued! 5 star read
